Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in client services, sales, market research, recruitment or expert network.
• Proven ability to grow a sales pipeline and convert leads.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify sales leads across fund managers, private equity, hedge funds, and consultancies.
• Support the Managing Director in strategic outreach and client development.
• Assist in executing targeted sales campaigns and managing sales administration tasks.
• Monitor industry trends and client activity to tailor outreach.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts with consistent engagement and satisfaction.
