HelloFresh Youfoodz is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Sydney to lead growth initiatives across direct-to-consumer channels and product marketing. This role blends strategic GTM planning with hands-on campaign execution, backed by autonomy and testing resources.

You will collaborate with the Director of Growth and cross-functional teams to optimize revenue, expand channels, and shape growth playbooks across the business.

Formación

• 5+ years of growth ecommerce marketing experience, preferably in D2C food/beverage or subscriptions.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing promotional calendars.
• Strong data analytics capability with dashboards, modeling, and attribution experience.
• Understanding of CRO, user journeys, digital copywriting, and UX best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor weekly channel performance against plans to optimize media spend and ROI.
• Manage spend pacing, discount structures, promotions, and post-release testing/analysis.
• Coordinate with agencies, affiliates, SEO, and partners for quality, brand-aligned assets.
• Own CRO, merchandising, layout, and audits across web/app menus to improve conversion.
