Job summary

cander is hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead its expansion across Australia. This is a build role where you will own the sales strategy, pipeline, and enterprise client relationships to sign deals.

You will bring a deep network in Australia's payments and fintech scene and run end-to-end sales, working with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure delivery and growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Development, Growth, or Sales within fintech, payments, or cross-border financial services.
• Strong track record in cross-border payments and/or fintech solutions.
• Knowledge of Australia's payments and financial services regulatory environment.
• Existing network across Australian enterprises, PSPs, banks, fintechs, or regulators.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the sales and BD strategy for the Australian market.
• Win and manage relationships with enterprise clients, PSPs, banks, and fintech partners.
• Leverage your existing network in Australia's payments and fintech scene.
• Lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
