Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Canberra ACT is seeking a Senior Team Leader to join our grounds maintenance team in Canberra. You will lead on-site operations, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services at a customer site.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will plan projects, schedule work, monitor safety and quality, and drive efficient service delivery with a strong emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction and teamwork within

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance.
• Experience in leading a horticultural / gardening team.
• Qualifications or experience in horticulture.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems.

Responsibilities

• Onsite supervision of employees and contractors.
