Job summary

Cotton On Group’s Factorie team is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create graphics and textile prints that reflect current trends and the brand DNA. You will work with yardage and collaborate with the Trend team to deliver worldwide fashion directions.

You will translate briefs into commercially-driven designs, liaise with stakeholders and suppliers, and lead a small design team to meet deadlines with creativity and precision.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Textiles or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
• Strong skill set in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into designs.
• Confident liaising with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proven leadership, planning and time management.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a looking for a creative and innovative person to join our Factorie team as a Senior Graphic Designer in our Girls and Guys category. You will help deliver on products that our customers love and which reflect current trends in a fun and exciting way. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret direction and be able to translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, to design graphics and textile prints that align with our brand DNA. We are looking for someone who has experience working with yardage and who can work alongside our Trend team to deliver on worldwide fashion trends. If you have a keen eye for design and enjoy working alongside with like-minded creatives,

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Graphic Design, Textiles etc.


• Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Graphic Designer role


• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Excel


• Proven ability in interpreting briefs and translating ideas into designs


• Confident liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers


• Ability to problem solve, take initiative and deliver on expectations and deadlines


• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience leading and coaching a team


• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
