Job summary

Cotton On Group in North Lakes, Queensland is looking for a Store Manager who can lead and embed culture, building a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will develop a customer-first, people-focused, results-driven team and drive store performance.

You will manage schedules and wages to meet productivity targets, spot trade opportunities to improve the customer experience and store results, and actively support the Cotton
