Job summary

Cotton On is seeking an Assistant Planner to join the Factorie team in Geelong. You will strategise, analyse sales performance, and master inventory control while collaborating with Planning, Buying, stakeholders and suppliers.

You'll bring a degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field, experience as an Assistant Planner, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive stock accuracy and profitability. Flexible working options and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance or Analytics is highly regarded.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Planner with sales budgets and predictive analysis of historical data.
• Strong analytical skills to support category decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing ability.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
