Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Aerospace / Engineering or related STEM field.
• 4+ years in professional GNC, Flight Software or robotics design.
• Proven leadership and collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience programming in Python, MATLAB, or other high-level languages.
• Experience with C++, C or low-level development.
• Experience with git workflows or equivalent version control.
• Experience with software verification/validation and CI.
• Experience in a Systems Engineering framework.
• Ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Responsible Engineer for GNC products, including concept studies and trade analyses.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing GNC team.
• Integrate GNC subsystems with avionics, software, mechanical, propulsion, and operations teams.
• Develop and validate control system models and flight algorithms.
• Design and implement simulation and visualization tools for design and operations.
• Apply data analysis to validate models with test data.
