HITACHI ENERGY INDIA LIMITED in Vadodara, India, seeks an experienced contract professional to manage customer, vendor, and partner contracts. You will draft, execute, and analyze contracts to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk.

The role requires a bachelor’s in law, 10+ years of experience, and strong negotiation and leadership abilities in an international, multi-cultural setting.

Formación

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in law.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
• Experience in contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy or similar industrial manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in working with internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners.
• Strong negotiation, change management, claim management and contract-related issue experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end assistance and guidance for the entire lifecycle of the contract.
• Ensure contract portfolio follows standard procedures.
• Conduct contract and claims negotiations and settlements.
• Review commercial tender terms and conditions; analyze prime contracts for opportunities and risk.
• Coordinate with BU Head of CM for unified contract management approach.
• Organize contract management across geographical areas.
• Drive resources to meet business? contract management needs.
• Define procedures applicable to HUB in coordination with BU.
