Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Law.
• 8–10 years of contracts management in EPC environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel & knowledge of SAAS contracts; FIDIC knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract governance across a project portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies and directives.
• Review, negotiate, and manage customer and supplier contracts in tender and execution phases.
• Develop contract strategies balancing commercial objectives, scope, schedule, pricing, risks.
• Draft and negotiate purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier agreements with proper risk allocation.
• Manage contract execution activities including payments, variations, claims, warranties, and guarantees.
• Identify, assess, and pursue entitlements such as extensions of time and compensation events.
• Protect the company's contractual position via stakeholder engagement and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Project Management, and Sales to resolve disputes and support outcomes.
• Drive commercial risk management and capture lessons learned for future projects.
