Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in law or equivalent with strong contract law knowledge.
• Experience in contract management/negotiation in energy/industrial sectors preferred.
• Ability to negotiate in English and work in multicultural, internationally staffed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contract management guidance for lifecycle activities in HUB and BU.Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract management methodologies.Lead negotiations and settlements of prime contracts and change orders.Review tender terms, identify opportunities and risks, and negotiate terms accordingly.Coordinate with BU Head of CM for standardized approaches across HUB.Organize contract management activities within geographic area and scale resources as needed.Define procedures applicable to HUB in alignment with BU policies.
