Job summary

Automic Group is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for Funds Administration in Sydney. You will lead end-to-end process design, control mapping and continuous improvement across investor onboarding, registry operations and related services.

You will facilitate workshops, map current and future state processes, define service levels and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, IT and business units to drive scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in financial services, with funds administration and registry delivery.
• Strong knowledge of investor onboarding, account maintenance, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor reporting.
• Understanding of fund structures, dealing cycles, cut-offs and relationships among fund managers, administrators and registries.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, current state mapping and workshops to document processes, rules, data inputs and handoffs.
• Design future state workflows with clear ownership, approval rules and service levels.
• Map risks and controls; develop control matrices and remediation plans with Risk & Compliance.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and service catalogue entries.
