Job summary

Keegan Adams is seeking a Manager of Investment and Fund Operations in Sydney to lead day‑to‑day operational delivery, manage BAU priorities and incidents, and drive continuous improvement across a complex funds management environment.

In this senior role you will oversee NAV oversight, fund tax, distributions and performance fees, build strong relationships with custodians and internal stakeholders, and advance automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and control.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Administration and Fund Operations.
• Strong knowledge of NAV oversight, fund tax, distributions, performance fees and controls.
• Proven leadership of delivery, incidents and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to drive automation and transformation initiatives in funds operations.
• Experience with Aladdin is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Fund and Investment Operations activities, ensuring service delivery, operational controls and key deadlines are met.
• Act as the operational 2IC to the Senior Manager, managing BAU priorities, first-line incident management and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee fund operations activities including NAV oversight, fund tax, distributions, performance fees, reconciliations and exception management.
• Manage relationships with custodians, fund administrators and key internal stakeholders across Investments, Product, Risk and Compliance.
• Drive process improvement, automation and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and control effectiveness.
• Develop team capability through coaching, cross-training and strong operational leadership.

This role is Sydney-based and offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within the Operations function.

This position is a Manager of Investment and Fund Operations and the role is responsible for leading day-to-day operational delivery, managing BAU priorities and incidents, and driving continuous improvement across a complex funds management environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to automation, transformation or change initiatives within investment and fund operations.
• Experience with Aladdin is highly regarded.
