Dexus is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Funds Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with Sydney or Melbourne locations. You will deliver financial, management, investor and tax reporting for a portfolio of funds, reporting to the Financial Controller, and driving process improvement.

The role suits a finance professional who builds relationships, navigates stakeholder environments and ensures timely, accurate reporting with strong controls.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience preparing statutory financial reports in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
• Exposure to fund accounting, management reporting, investor reporting and tax compliance activities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver statutory, management, investor and tax reporting for funds portfolios.
• Own month-end accounting activities including journals, reconciliations and accruals.
• Provide financial insights and collaborate with Funds, Investments and Finance stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and governance controls.
