Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited in Sydney seeks a Fund Accountant to own core fund reporting, monthly packs and balance sheet reconciliations. You’ll support the fund lifecycle, including BAS, tax distributions, and unit pricing, while partnering with fund managers, auditors and finance teams.

The role focuses on delivering accurate financial statements, cashflow management and strong controls, with opportunities to onboard new properties and funds as the Diversified platform grows.

Qualifications

• A degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards an equivalent.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; exposure to reporting and accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Own core fund reporting and monthly management packs.
• Support BAS, tax distributions, unit pricing and cashflow management.
• Collaborate with Fund Managers, auditors, tax advisors and broader Finance on acquisitions, disposals and day-to-day fund activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting across Finance.
• Assist onboarding of new properties and funds to support growth of the Diversified platform.
