Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join the finance team in Sydney. The role covers fund accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and taxation across our investment funds.

You will work closely with property finance, asset management and tax teams to ensure accurate financial information, support fund performance and meet internal and external reporting requirements.

Formación

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Fund accounting or property accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Understanding of treasury and debt facilities.
• Excellent Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Review and finalise monthly and year-to-date property trial balances.
• Prepare and post corporate journal entries, including management fees, corporate costs, treasury, fair value adjustments and unitholder distributions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and key income statement reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and investor reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual financial reports and manage the external audit process.
• Prepare audit committee and board papers.
