Mosh is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Sydney to join our hybrid engineering team. You will own the main patient-facing components of our platform, lead complex technical challenges, and help lift engineering practices across the team.

You’ll work across front-end and back-end stacks, contributing to AI tooling and robust deployment strategies. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design and Data, shipping production-grade web applications on AWS, with a focus on performance, reliability and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack experience building and shipping production web applications end-to-end
• Strong front-end expertise with React and Next.js
• Deep back-end experience in Ruby on Rails and Kotlin with Micronaut
• Experience running production workloads on AWS and knowledge of distributed systems
• Curiosity, autonomy and accountability with a drive to raise standards

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and own the main patient-facing components of our platform
• Lead on solving complex technical challenges with pragmatic, data-informed decisions
• Deliver reliable product capabilities from design to production with Product, Design and Data
• Contribute to AI tooling and workflows to raise team velocity
