Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven B2B digital marketing experience in technical/industrial sectors.
• Expertise in technical SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn), and web analytics.
• Hands-on experience with web development, CMS platforms, and page speed optimization.
• Experience integrating 3D configurators or CAD assets into web properties.
• Strong CRO mindset with trackable lead-generation outcomes.
• Proficiency with AI tools to streamline coding, marketing ops, and automation.
• Desirable skills in graphic design or UI layout to accelerate campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own, optimize, and scale large PPC budgets with ROAS/CPA tracking.
• Drive deep technical SEO, schema markup, site structure, and content strategy.
• Build, maintain, and optimize responsive web pages and CMS architectures.
• Collaborate with CAD team to integrate 3D models and configurators.
• Test and refine user journeys and lead capture funnels for higher conversions.
• Leverage AI to enhance ad copy, coding, analytics, and automation.
• Monitor analytics to decide when to push campaigns or pivot.
