Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to join the Web Platform in Sydney, NSW. You will design, build, and ship customer-facing features, evolving a reusable homepage widget framework used across product domains.

You will collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver fast, reliable experiences, with a strong emphasis on performance and code quality. This is a hands-on, senior role within a vibrant, equity-backed team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience shipping customer-facing frontend features end-to-end.
• Performance-centered mindset when rendering in production.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design, and QA.
• Familiarity with modern frontend testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features end-to-end with PM/designer.
• Extend the widget-based homepage framework for reuse across domains.
• Collaborate daily with PM, designer and QA to ensure well-tested, performant work.
• Maintain focus on performance as a key user-visible metric on login.
• Contribute to technical decisions within the team and lean on platform engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
