Qualifications

• 5+ years of React/Typescript experience with state management.
• 3+ years in Redux or similar state libraries.
• Experience leading frontend teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the front end architecture of the app and its interaction with data model and state management for real-time collaboration.
• Uphold front end engineering standards across code quality, testing, reviews and delivery.
• Develop tooling and processes to streamline collaboration between product and engineering and reduce iterations.
• Lead decisions, unblock tough problems, and raise performance and reliability standards.
• Influence product roadmap by aligning technical dependencies with delivery value.
