Job summary

Ofload is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to own the commercial engine as we scale. You will lead a small team of BDMs, coach and develop talent, while actively hunting and closing your own pipeline. You will report to the VP Commercial and influence go-to-market strategy, dealing with multi-vertical, mid-market to strategic accounts.

You’ll represent Ofload at industry events, read market trends, adjust strategy, and help drive the growth of our freight technology platform in Australia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in middle-mile and road freight sales.
• At least 2 years leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and negotiation instincts.
• Comfortable using data to set targets and course-correct.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of BDMs and scale the pod.
• Develop and close your own pipeline alongside the team.
• Set sales strategy and align team OKRs.
• Own team pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
• Drive a culture of new-business-first selling across verticals.
