Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager for an initial 4-month contract in Sydney CBD with immediate start preferred. You will lead financial modelling improvements, challenge existing processes and drive more accurate, commercially useful financial information.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will rebuild and streamline models, automate FP&A processes and support the half-year reporting cycle with robust analysis and clear commentary.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A experience, ideally at Senior Manager level.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Proven experience building, reviewing and improving complex financial models.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
• Experience supporting half-year or year-end reporting processes.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and rebuilding existing financial models to improve efficiency, accuracy and functionality.
• Streamlining complex models, ensuring they are robust, scalable and easy to maintain.
• Identifying opportunities to automate and improve existing FP&A processes.
• Developing more effective financial reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Supporting the half-year reporting process, including financial analysis, commentary and management reporting.
• Partnering with senior finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical improvements.
