Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to partner with the ANZ business, turning data into insights and driving decisions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, developing driver-based models and delivering monthly reports.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 5+ years in Finance FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and tell the story behind numbers.
• Experience driving process improvement, automation and reporting efficiencies.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence constructively.
• Experience in a complex or matrixed organisation; insurance industry experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the ANZ business.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, expenses and headcount.
• Deliver monthly management reporting with insights into performance.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities to inform decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements (Power BI).
• Support governance, financial controls and Zurich standards, and collaborate with regional/global finance teams.
