Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner for the ANZ region. You will explain the story behind the numbers and provide actionable insights to support business performance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, deliver monthly performance reports, and partner with senior leaders to drive commercial outcomes across the ANZ region. This role requires strong analytical capability and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, analysis and commentary.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial modelling and data analysis.
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning and financial processes.
• Enhance reporting capabilities through automation and tools.
• Manage financial governance, controls and compliance requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between ANZ Finance and global Zurich Finance teams.
