Job summary

Zurich Cover-More in Australia seeks a Commercial Finance Partner to explain the numbers and provide actionable insights across ANZ.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, deliver monthly performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic investments. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

CA or CPA qualification required.
8+ years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Cost Management.
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.
Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Deliver monthly performance reporting, analysis and commentary.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial modelling and data analysis.
Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insights and recommendations.
Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning and financial processes.
Enhance reporting capabilities through automation and tools.
Manage financial governance, controls and compliance requirements.
Act as a key liaison between ANZ Finance and global Zurich Finance teams.
