Qualifications

• Able to diagnose issues with incomplete information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical pain points for customers' deployments.
• Own engagement from diagnosis to resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Build and troubleshoot custom scripts and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Mentor customer teams and document best practices.
