Job summary

You will embed with client teams, own the technology solution end-to-end, and help shape AI-first Roadmap Ready approaches.

The role is Melbourne-based and on-site with occasional travel to client offices; you will collaborate with product, design, and delivery to turn ideas into working prototypes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior engineering roles with client-facing experience.
• Experience delivering complex web, mobile or cloud-based apps.
• Ability to estimate complex technical work before sale.
• Fluent use of AI-assisted development tooling.
• Broad tech breadth: Node.js, .NET, React, Next.js, AWS or Azure.
• Experience integrating CMS, CRM, identity, video streaming, data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology solution in discovery and Roadmap Ready engagements.
• Lead solution design and estimation for RFP responses.
• Develop working prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and client teams.
• Iterate AI-first Roadmap Ready methodologies with live engagements.
