Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software and supporting it in live production environments.
• Broad codebase depth to diagnose issues independently.
• Practical scripting and integration experience with fast problem solving.
• Comfort owning technical conversations with customers, including live troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating root causes for non-engineers.
• Comfort working daily with AI coding assistants and agents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer-facing teams to diagnose and resolve technical pain points from deployment to tuning.
• Own each engagement from diagnosis to resolution, alongside account teams.
• Access Incydr codebase and deployment tools to investigate and ship fixes through normal review.
• Build and troubleshoot custom scripts and integrations tailored to each customer environment.
• Collaborate with engineering on issues needing deeper product involvement with clear repro steps.
• Spot early signals and flag untriaged alert volume to prevent issues from growing.
• Coach customers through training and pairing so they can operate Incydr themselves.
