Job summary

KBR is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant with safety regulations. The role focuses on optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs while coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field and at least five years in fleet management. Occasional travel may be required as part of duty.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Develop strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Prepare reports on fleet operations for management review.
