Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Design Engineer - Fixed Wireless Networks to design, validate and deploy Fixed Wireless capabilities across Australia. You will act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and contribute to end-to-end wireless solutions, including mobile packet backbone components.

You will mentor teammates and support agile delivery events. You’ll collaborate with partners to ensure scalable, secure, and operationally ready solutions, contributing to program increment planning,

Qualifications

• Experience in carrier-grade telecom networks and network design.
• Expertise with EVPN, BGP, MPLS for scalable WAN architectures.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and deliver end-to-end design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and test activities for fixed wireless networks.
• Develop high and detailed designs, configurations, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to size epics and manage delivery.
