Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced client services professional to support financial services clients using FactSet products. You will build trusted relationships, understand client goals, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of working experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree; Finance, Economics, and Accounting majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered.
• Passion for technology and its application in finance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of FactSet products, client workflows, and the financial services industry.
• Build trusted client relationships and understand business goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite.
• Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience.
• Identify opportunities supporting client retention and growth.
• Manage multiple priorities and client issues through resolution.
• Share client feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements.
• Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Work with leading financial institutions, including investment banks, asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers
