Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations within the Institutional Buy Side product suite. You will focus on end-to-end delivery with governance, cross-functional coordination, and on-time transitions to production that result in high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations.
• Experience delivering financial system implementations within banks, insurance firms, or Asset Managers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience maintaining RAID logs and driving proactive risk resolution.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence in matrixed environments.
• Proven track record building client relationships and driving consensus.
• Ability to adapt project frameworks to client needs while maintaining governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project delivery of client implementations using FactSet’s iterative methodology.
• Governance of scope, schedule, budget, risk, decisions, escalation, and reporting to executives.
• Develop and manage program plans, RAID logs, and status reporting; identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with client project management and senior stakeholders on scope and timelines.
• Influence phasing and delivery approaches to align with client priorities and value.
• Matrix-manage cross-functional internal and client teams; set priorities and milestones.
• Identify cross-program dependencies and vendor risks; coordinate sequencing to avoid conflicts.
• Communicate status, decisions, priorities; produce status reports and risk assessments.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and quality acceptance criteria.
• Lead client readiness, training, cutover planning, and production transition.
• Own project financials, burn-down tracking, and change control per SOW.
• Contribute to PMO initiatives and drive continuous delivery improvements.
