FactSet is seeking a Senior Consultant in Sydney to join the Client Success team, working with leading financial institutions to solve business challenges and deliver value through technology.

You will build on 2–4 years of experience in finance, technology, or consulting, focused on financial services, client engagement, and relationship management while growing expertise in fintech and product usage. The role offers training, global exposure, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, or client-facing roles.
• Passionate about technology and its application in finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge across FactSet products and client workflows in financial services.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their business goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and use of FactSet products.
• Lead client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Proactively improve client adoption, engagement and experience.
• Support client retention and growth through commercial awareness.
