Antidote Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Controller to own and optimize financial operations across multiple entities, including inventory management and inter-entity agreements. The role emphasizes building scalable processes and leading cross-border AR/AP.

You will audit existing workflows, streamline journals and reporting, and set up a high-performing finance team. This 6-month contract may extend based on impact and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of substantial financial leadership experience as Senior Financial Controller, CFO, or similar.
• Experience in storage, logistics and distribution financials including warehouse inventory and fulfillment workflows.
• Direct experience organizing multi-entities within a group and aligning group-level financial operations.
• Solid experience managing cross-border financial operations, multi-currency reconciliations, and international AR/AP.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize current financial processes and day-to-day operations.
• Organize multi-entities within the group and manage inter-entity agreements across the business.
• Organize and set up the accounts team for efficiency and speed.
• Maintain full visibility and control of stock and inventory across systems.
• Oversee consignment reporting, streamline distribution billing and tracking across channel partners.
• Prepare and deliver high-level management reports to guide decisions.
• Oversee journals and month-end adjustments in the general ledger.
• Draft and align inter-entity financial structures and agreements.
• Manage international AR/AP operations and cross-border transactions.
