Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience in senior roles such as Financial Controller or CFO.
• Experience leading multi-entity finance structures and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with international finance operations including multi-currency reconciliations and AR/AP.

Responsibilities

• Review, optimise and own finance processes and day-to-day operations.
• Manage multi-entity financial operations and inter-entity agreements.
• Structure and streamline the accounts function for efficiency.
• Oversee stock, inventory and distribution billing and reporting.
• Prepare management reports for decision-making.
• Oversee GL journals, month-end processes and adjustments.
• Strengthen controls, systems and processes across the business.
