Job summary

Antidote Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Controller to own and optimize financial operations across multiple entities, including inventory management and inter-entity agreements. The role emphasizes building scalable processes and leading cross-border AR/AP.

You will audit existing workflows, streamline journals and reporting, and set up a high-performing finance team. This 6-month contract may extend based on impact and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of substantial financial leadership experience as Senior Financial Controller, CFO, or similar.
• Experience in storage, logistics and distribution financials including warehouse inventory and fulfillment workflows.
• Direct experience organizing multi-entities within a group and aligning group-level financial operations.
• Solid experience managing cross-border financial operations, multi-currency reconciliations, and international AR/AP.

We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Senior Financial Controller who steps in, takes ownership, and makes an immediate impact. We don't just need someone to keep the engine running—we need an expert with advanced knowledge / experience as a Senior Financial Controller, CFO, or similar who can audit our current day-to-day operations and optimize our financial processes.

If you are a proven finance leader who loves bringing order to complex systems, controlling stock/inventory, and building scalable structures, this role is for you.

We are starting with a 6-month full-time contract, but there is a clear possibility to extend based on how you show up and the impact you deliver.

Tasks Required for the Role

Audit and Optimize Current Processes / day to day operations: Dive deep into our existing financial workflows, identify bottlenecks, and refine operations for maximum efficiency.

Multiple entities inside the group: Be able to organize multi-entities within the structure and manage inter entity agreements across the business.

Organize and setup accounts team for efficiency: Structure, train, and streamline the finance and accounting team to operate with speed and precision.

Stock and inventory - be proficient and in control: Maintain full visibility, accuracy, and operational oversight across all inventory systems.

Consignment / Distribution Billing and Reports: Oversee consignment reporting, streamline distribution billing, and ensure accurate tracking across channel partners.

Management Reports: Prepare and deliver clear, high-level management reports to guide strategic decisions.

Journals: Oversee and manage precise general ledger journals and month-end adjustments.

Inter Entity Agreements: Draft, review, and align multi-entity financial structures and inter-entity agreements.

Accounts Receivable and Payable (International): Manage international Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, ensuring smooth cross-border and multi-currency transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum experience - 10 years: Substantial financial leadership experience with advanced knowledge / experience as a Senior Financial Controller, CFO, or similar.

Storage, logistics and distribution experience: Proven background navigating complex supply chain financials, warehouse inventory management, and fulfillment workflows.

Multi-Entity Mastery: Direct experience organizing multi-entities within the structure and aligning group-level financial operations.

International Scope: Solid experience handling cross-border financial operations, multi-currency reconciliations, and international AR/AP.
