Job summary

CA/CPA qualification, 10+ years in SME finance, multi-currency experience, and the ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues

• 10+ years in financial leadership roles.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and Australian BAS/IAS.
• Strong governance, controls, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close across three entities and provide IFRS/GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Maintain books in Xero and oversee offshore accounting firm.
• Oversee payroll, BAS, IAS, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare and present P&L and balance sheet to CEO; drive dashboards.
• Document procedures and strengthen internal controls.
