Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the ANZ region to own end-to-end financial planning, reporting and business partnering with the Commercial unit.

This role supports forecasting and analysis to drive profitability and informed decision-making. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, manage forecasting, provide insights on gross margins, and support tenders and promotional analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting or Financial Analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Strong variance analysis and financial reporting skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing teams.
• Experience in trade spend or promotional analysis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Forecast processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts with Commercial and Sales teams.
• Coordinate with Commercial to validate forecasting inputs.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary on key movements.
• Review ANZ P&L and monitor product mix, pricing and costs.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reporting.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
