Job summary

Amer Sports ANZ is seeking a commercially driven Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across ANZ operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, this pivotal role will define the FP&A ways of working for ANZ and bridge Accounting and FP&A, Enabling Functions and Brand Partners.

You'll drive financial performance, deliver strategic insights, and build a high-performing finance function that enables growth, profitability, and operational excellence across channels.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior FP&A or similar leadership role.
• Experience in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment with shared services structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning cycle: deliverables and timeline, define methodology fit for ANZ & Brand's way of working.
• Deliver actionable insights to the Supply Chain team to drive operational efficiencies.
• Own the monthly variance analysis process (Actuals vs Forecast/Budget/Prior Year).
• Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles in OneStream.
• Partner with Brand Teams, Sales, IT, Supply Chain and Customer Service for financial insights.
• Monitor performance KPIs, identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Support strong financial governance and SOX compliance.
• Provide financial leadership on local, regional and global initiatives.
