TOM People is recruiting on behalf of a large ASX-listed consumer business for a Senior Finance Analyst - Investments. You will evaluate major capital investments across digital and operational platforms with strong commercial acumen and advanced modelling skills.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll influence senior stakeholders, prepare executive insights, and contribute to capital forecasting and budgeting within a high-profile finance function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience, ideally with a big-4 advisory background.
• Advanced financial modelling and investment appraisal capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

This organisation continues to invest heavily in digital transformation, automation, and customer fulfilment capabilities, with a significant pipeline of strategic projects designed to support long-term growth and enhance customer experience.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating and monitoring major capital investments across digital and operational platforms. This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen, advanced financial modelling capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
