Candor Recruitment in Ballarat is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to take over and manage an existing high-end client book. The role offers an equity partnership path and a flexible schedule with work-from-home options, backed by a strong back-office support team.

You will provide holistic financial planning across superannuation, investments, insurance, retirement planning and estate structuring, collaborating with paraplanning and client services to deliver quality advice on complex wealth

Formación

• 2+ years experience as an Authorised Representative.
• Experience with holistic advice and SMAs.
• Must be FASEA compliant and on the FAR.
• Strong client-centric approach and ability to build relationships with key referral partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an existing book of high-end clients (avg fees $10K +).
• Provide holistic advice across superannuation, Investments & portfolio management, Insurance, Retirement planning, Wealth and estate structuring.
• Work with Paraplanning team and client services team.
• Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth.
• Leadership: Work closely with staff for performance management, development and succession planning.
