Profile Financial Services is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to take ownership of established client relationships and deliver quality, outcomes-focused financial advice. You will work with advisers, paraplanners and technical specialists to drive growth while maintaining high professional standards.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience providing comprehensive financial advice.
• Current FAR registration.
• Relevant adviser standards qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established client relationships.
• Develop and present sophisticated financial advice strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and create additional value.
• Work closely with advisers, paraplanners and technical specialists to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Mentor and support developing advisers within the business.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and business performance.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the advice business.
