Job summary

FAAA in Ballarat is seeking a Financial Planner to take over an established book of high-net-worth clients. You will work with a supportive back-office team and focus on delivering top-tier service without the pressure to bring in new business, with options for PY or junior adviser cohorts.

You will provide comprehensive advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, retirement planning, wealth and estate structuring, while collaborating with paraplanning and client services for optimal

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Authorised Representative (AR).
• Experience delivering holistic advice including SMAs.
• Must be FASEA compliant and on the FAR.
• Strong client-centric approach and ability to build relationships with key referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing high-end client book and maintain service levels.
• Provide holistic advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, retirement planning, wealth and estate structuring.

Our Client: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planner to join an established financial advice firm in Ballarat. You will be taking over an existing book of clients with the support of an experienced back office team. This is a high performing book and there is no expectation to bring on new business, you can do so if you like. Our client focuses on providing high levels of service to their clients. They pride themselves on their strong brand in the local Ballarat market along with strong referral partners. We are open to a PY / Junior Adviser position as well.

The Role

• Manage an existing book of high-end clients (avg fees $10K +)
• Provide holistic advice across; Superannuation, Investments & portfolio management, Insurance, Retirement planning, Wealth and estate structuring
• Work with Paraplanning team and client services team
• Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth
• Leadership: Work closely with staff for performance management, development and succession planning

You Will Need

• 2+ years experience as an Authorised Representative
• Experience working with holistic advice and SMAs
• MUST be FASEA compliant and on the FAR.
• Strong client centric approach and ability to build relationships with key referral partners
