Candsor Recruitment is seeking a Financial Adviser for our client in North Sydney. You will manage an existing book of around 100 sophisticated clients, with no BD or cold calling required, and work alongside a Senior Adviser to gradually take ownership of your own client portfolio.

The role focuses purely on wealth management, with no requirement to provide risk advice, and offers opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the practice.

Qualificações

• 2+ years' experience as Financial Adviser / Authorised Representative
• Experience providing strategic advice across wealth management, investments, superannuation and retirement planning
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate with senior team
• Long-term career interest in growing advice business

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with an established client base.
• Provide ongoing strategic financial advice tailored to individual client objectives.
• Work with a Senior Adviser across client strategies and advice needs.
• Assist with development of advice strategies and recommendations.
• Prepare and review advice documentation and supporting reports.
• Attend client meetings and build relationships with referral partners.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.
• Contribute to broader development of the practice and client offering.
