Job summary

Bentley Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join the Brisbane team. You will inherit an existing client portfolio and build new business opportunities in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in advice, FA S EA approvals, and strong wealth management knowledge. You will work with our supportive admin network and benefit from flexible start times and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Adviser.
• FASEA approved qualifications and authorisations.
• Strong technical knowledge across wealth management and financial planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience using XPLAN or similar advice software.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, personal insurance and estate planning.
• Conduct client meetings and develop tailored advice strategies aligned to client goals.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients.
• Deliver ongoing review and service commitments in a timely manner.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and professional expertise.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser to join the Brisbane team.

This role is ideal for an adviser with 2+ years of advice experience who is looking to step into a supportive environment with genuine opportunities for growth. You'll inherit an existing portfolio of clients while also being encouraged to build your own network and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, personal insurance and estate planning

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
