Job summary

InfoTrack AU is seeking aSenior Financial Accountant to own the monthly reporting for its ANZ subsidiaries. You will manage month-end reconciliations, produce monthly management accounts, and assist with BAS, FBT, R&D incentives, and the annual financial audit.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will partner with FP&A, Group Reporting, Finance Shared Services, and external parties to drive accuracy and timeliness while supporting AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting.
• CPA/CA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with mid-tier or Big 4 chartered accounting firms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, audit requirements, statutory accounts, taxation and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subsidiaries’ monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and reconciliations by the 5th working day each month.
• Prepare monthly subsidiary management accounts and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly BAS and annual FBT returns.
• Assist with R&D Tax Incentive claim.
• Assist FP&A with budgeting and coordination of subsidiary budget.
• Support Group Reporting with year-end audit requirements.
• Coordinate subsidiary AP, AR, and payroll with Finance Shared Services.
• Monitor and enhance financial processes; explore AI-driven improvements.
• Lead and complete special projects as required.
