Job summary

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation seeks a Senior Finance Systems Specialist to drive the ongoing development of CSC's financial systems. Based in Canberra or Sydney, you will partner with Finance, Technology and the wider business to translate needs into robust system solutions.

You’ll lead improvements, deliver upgrades, develop reporting and dashboards, and promote system adoption through training and documentation while ensuring data quality and controls across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to translate them into system solutions.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and challenge assumptions with stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
• Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades, enhancements or transformation projects.
• Experience supporting finance, management reporting, budgeting or planning processes.
• Collaborative approach and curiosity about how systems improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead system improvements and projects from requirements through to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver system and process enhancements.
• Configure and enhance TechnologyOne and other finance systems.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and suppliers on upgrades and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve data quality and controls.
• Drive system adoption through training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
