Job summary

CSC Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation in Canberra/Sydney is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Specialist to drive ongoing development of our finance systems. You will partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions, enabling reliable insights and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to translate them into system solutions.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and help stakeholders articulate what they need.
• Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades, enhancements or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence across all levels of the business.
• Experience supporting finance, management reporting, budgeting or planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead system improvements and projects from requirements through to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver system and process enhancements.
• Configure and enhance TechnologyOne and other finance systems.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and suppliers on upgrades and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve controls, data quality and user experience.
• Drive system adoption through training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
