Job summary

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation in Canberra is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Specialist to drive the development of CSC's finance systems. You will partner with Finance, Technology and the wider business to translate requirements into effective system solutions.

You’ll own system improvements, deliver projects from requirements to delivery, and help optimise reporting, dashboards and data quality. The role offers hybrid work and a permanent opportunity within CSC.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to translate them into system solutions.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and help stakeholders articulate needs.
• Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades, enhancements or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead system improvements and projects from requirements through to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver system and process enhancements.
• Configure and enhance TechnologyOne and other finance systems.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and suppliers on upgrades and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve controls, data quality and user experience.
• Drive system adoption through training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
