FindMeA Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join our established team. You will oversee day-to-day finance operations, support AP/AR, and maintain strong financial controls across the business.

Reporting to the CFO, you will mentor junior staff, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to financial modelling and cashflow updates. This hands-on role requires ownership and leadership in a growing finance team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Senior Finance Officer or similar position.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience overseeing or mentoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join an established Brisbane business based in Eight Mile Plains.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, mentoring others and working closely with senior leadership.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day finance operations, supporting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, and maintaining strong financial controls across the business.

Day to Day:

• Experience overseeing or mentoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of financial controls.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• A hands-on approach, with the confidence to take ownership of daily finance operations.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities and lead by example.
